Some ticket types are reassignable. It is generally good practice to reassign all fines that you can in order to minimise risks to the business. We felt that is was important for it to be clear to a user if a ticket type was reassignable or not. In this update Fleetworks will remove the option to reassign a ticket if it is not reassignable.
Examples of tickets that are not usually reassignable by a rental company would be a London Congestion Charge, most Bus Lane offences inside London or a Humber Bridge fine.
An example of a ticket that is not usually reassignable by a lease company would be a Humber Bridge fine. Although depending on how you structure your agreements some other fines might not be reassignable.
Fleetworks will dynamically allow or refuse reassignment based on the ticket type and your company type as per the video below.
This change will help avoid situations where you accidentally make reassignment and then have the fine increase because your reassignement request is ignored. It will also help when training new members of staff.
