When you press the Make Representation button it is possible that an error will occur when the Fleetworks webapp interacts with the issuers portal.  If this happens you will get one of three different emails. 


Details Check

You will receive a details check request if the details added into Fleetworks are not allowing any progress with the nominated issuers portal.  You should check the registration number, PCN reference and name of the issue.  You can send a copy of the fine to Fleetworks Admin for assistance if needed.  If you have added a fine incorrectly it is usually better to delete it and re-add it correctly.


Fine Not Assignable 

A fine not assignable email is different from a details check request because the fine details are clearly correct and the issuers portal is accepting them but not allowing a transfer to progress fully.  You should check the key PCN details and the timing of the original letter. There are a number of reasons why a fine might not be assignable, in which case a print and post process should be employed.   


Webcode/Drives Address Needed

You will receive a webcode or drivers address request if you have not entered or not fully entered either a webcode or address. Locate the details and use the Make Representation process again.
