While processing a PCN you will be required to attach a PDF copy of the agreement so that a PCN can be re-assigned. 


If you have selected a ticket type that allows re-assignment then Fleetworks will recognise if the agreement has the necessary docuemnt attached.    If you have not attached a PDF to the agreement then you will be unable to carry out re-assignment. 

 

In the example above the user has selected a parking fine which is normally re-assignable. However, the agreement selected has no document assigned to it and hence Fleetworks will display Needs RA in the Make Representation action box.
