Some PCN issuers will include a PIN code on the PCN. These may be called a 'Web code' or 'Online Submission code'.
In some cases, our Portal Management System will require the code in order to carry out digital reassignment for you or you may need it in the case of any errors. We suggest these are always recorded.
When you select an issuer, if you see the Submission PIN field appear with the PCN Issuer notes then please follow any requests accurately.
If you are processing a PCN and you notice that a web code is included on the original PCN but Fleetworks did not ask you for a code then please notify Support.
