Some PCN issuers will send a PIN in their original letter which is for use when making digital reassignments. If you select an issuer who issues a PIN, then you should see the following Submission PIN filed appear.

In order to allow for a digital reassignment to take place you will need to add the PIN into Fleetworks.  If you do not capture the PIN at this stage then reassignment may fail. 

 

If you see an original with a PIN included but notice that Fleetworks does not ask you to include it then please notify Fleetworks Admin so the system can be updated.
