This function is aimed at corporate suppliers whose clients would rather not receive a steady flow of email during the day or week.  To schedule the delivery time go to the Customer tab in the PCN Module and locate the Customer you want to set a schedule for.  


Click on the Notification Frequency drop down list and select what frequency you want any PCN related emailed to be delivered to the client at. 


If you select Daily or Weekly then the Next Notification Date will populate complete with a date and time exactly 24 hours in the future.  You can set the next time and date.  If you want all emails to arrive at 10pm on a Sunday every week then set the time and date for the next Sunday.  From then on, any communications genereted by Fleetworks for this client will be queued up and sent at the specified date/time.  You can view the next delivery times by visiting the Customer page at any time.


If you have a corporate client who requests this it is important to ensure that if they have a spam filter that the domain fleetworks.co is added to their whitelist.
