All Fleetworks accounts get unlimited Locations as long as they all operate under the same legal name. If you operate ABC Ltd with 1 location or 100, then you can add all the locations onto your login. This way when you record claims or PCN's you will be recording the correct source of the agreement ensuring any future reports are accurate. the is especially important for PCN where the issuer may have written to either legal entity or the trading name. By adding the location names coreectly into Fleetworks most of your repsonses will include both names to ensure the minimum of disruption to transfering liability.
If you operate mulitple legal entities then please contact support. Adding additional legal entities will attract a fee.
To add a new location select Locations from the top menu and then click Create.
Enter the name of your location and press save.
When you return the Loactions tab you will see you new location listed. It will now be listed in the drop-down lists for locations found on various screens including agreements, claims, PCN's etc.
